Orders & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Hemp CBD Wellness.

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.  Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.  Sale items are not eligible for returns.  We currently do not have the ability to offer exchanges at this time.

Returns by Mail

To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to customercare@hempcbd-wellness.com

Please include in your email – your name, date of purchase, and reason for return.  After you reach out to us, our customer care team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.  We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.  All returns must be approved and have an RA number.

When shipping back the return, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.  We recommend packaging your return item(s) in the manufacturer’s product box (please make sure all security seals are still attached) and when possible with the Hemp CBD Wellness shipping box to prevent damage in transit.  We recommend that you send your return package with tracking or a signature required feature. 

We will contact you within 1-3 business days from receipt of package to confirm your return has been processed.  Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used.  It can take up to two weeks or longer for returns to post depending on your financial institution.

Delta 8 Shipping Restrictions

We will not ship D8 products to the following states: AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, KY, ID, IA, MS, MT, RI, UT, VT
All Delta 8 products are FINAL sale. 

Returns to Store Locations

Visit our store to return an item purchased from hempcbd-wellness.com within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.  We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.  Please bring your original order confirmation email with you, as well as the credit card you used to place your order.  We look forward to assisting you.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
