What is a CBN tincture?
Commonly referred to as “CBN Oil”, a CBN tincture is cannabinol (CBN) in liquid form. Our CBN tinctures contain equal parts CBD and CBN, and are available in three strengths: 750mg total cannabinoids (375mg CBD + 375mg CBN), 1500mg total cannabinoids (750mg CBD + 750mg CBN), and 3000mg total cannabinoids (1500mg CBD + 1500mg CBN). Fill the syringe on your dropper to 1ml and squirt under your tongue. Hold under your tongue for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. Best if used before bed.
What Is CBN?
Cannabinol (CBN) is considered a minor cannabinoid because it is present in low levels (usually less than 1%) in most cannabis strains. CBN is a non-intoxicating compound that is best known as the cannabinoid created when THC ages. For that reason, it’s usually present in high amounts in older cannabis.
What Is CBN Used For?
Research into CBN is largely still in the early stages, as most of the research into cannabis and its compounds has focused on the major cannabinoids of CBD and THC. In various studies, CBN has been found to aid in pain relief and provide anti-inflammatory effects. CBN may also act as an antibacterial. CBN could also act as an appetite stimulant and offer neuroprotective qualities.
