HOW TO USE
For Ingestible Use
(350 mg) take 1 full dropper (1ML)
(900 mg) take ½ – 1 full dropper (0.50 ML)
(3,000 mg) take ¼ – ½ dropper (0.25 – 0.50 ML)

Place under your tongue; hold for 60 seconds and then swallow. Repeat 2-3 times daily. Increase usage and frequency as needed.

For Topical Use
Apply on skin every 4-6 hours. Do not use on or around the eyes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
